Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
Generally, the following cancellation guidelines apply:
- until 2 months before arrival free of charge
- until 1 month before arrival 40 % of total booking sum
- until 1 week before arrival 70 % of total booking sum
- within the last week preceding arrival 90 % of total booking sum
Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

More than ever, we recommend to take out the Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance from European Travel Insurance, so that you don't have to worry about anything on vacation.
The visitor's tax of € 2,45 per person per night (for guests 15 years or older) is designated separately on your room bill.

The price differences result from the difference in size, locations and amenities of the room.
If you stay less than 3 nights we charge an extra fee of 10 %.

Pets are welcome in your ski holidays in Obertauern for an extra fee of € 45.00 per day (without food). Please inform us upon booking about bringing your four-legged friend.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the Zirbenstube and in the RömerSpa.
Please keep in mind that dogs have to be kept on the leash in the hotel and on the hotel grounds.
Our hotel is a non-smoking area. If you want to smoke, please visit our smoker’s lounge.

- Arrival: your room is ready for occupation from 3pm. We will gladly welcome you for breakfast (at an additional cost) so that you can spend your first day of your holiday on the slopes.
If you will arrive later than 8pm, we request that you inform us by telephone. - Departure: Please vacate your room by 11am at the latest. You are also welcome to enjoy your last day on the slopes. We provide a suitcase storage room and showering and changing possibility. Your car can also stay in the underground car park.
